Clone DogeLayer repository

Install Docker from https://docs.docker.com/engine/install/

Ensure Docker Engine 24+ and Docker Compose are installed

Verify wallet files are accessible for Docker volume mount

Ensure Bittensor wallet is in ~/.bittensor/wallets/

Start validator using Docker Compose (recommended approach)

docker compose down && docker compose pull && docker compose up -d && docker compose logs -f

Verify validator is running and check logs for scoring operations

docker compose ps && docker compose logs --tail=100
