Install system dependencies including git, docker prerequisites, wireguard, nodejs, npm, and python

Copy environment template and configure with IP2Location and MaxMind API keys, wallet address, mining pool settings

Generate coldkey and hotkey for the miner (or copy existing keys to ~/.bittensor)
