Clone provider template and install Node.js dependencies

List provider on marketplace; Bittensor miners auto-verify

Deploy miner neuron to begin earning TAO rewards; auto-registers on marketplace

Fork HS58-subnet repo, set NEURON_TYPE=miner, deploy miner neuron

Configure neuron as validator and set blockchain RPC endpoint

Set environment: NEURON_TYPE=validator, configure Polygon RPC URL

Run validator service to monitor providers and set weights

Deploy validator neuron on Railway or local infrastructure

Validator automatically scores providers based on real DRAIN claims (60%) and availability (40%)(optional)

Monitor scoring: validator scans ChannelClaimed events from Polygon every block
