GPU is mandatory for production mining; CPU-only is not viable. Phase 4 requires FLUX diffusion model (~8-32 GB VRAM depending on variant), AdaFace for identity validation, and S3 upload capability.
CPU+network workload only; no GPU or Ollama required. ~1 hour per forward pass (miner querying + drand unlock + grading).
Clone the repository

Run automated setup script (installs system deps, Python venv, image-generation dependencies, AdaFace)

Activate virtual environment (do this every time in a new terminal)

Set Hugging Face token and GPU device (cuda, mps for Apple, or cpu)
