StorageQuery reads raw chain storage from the EVM. Its input is a raw storage key (the hashed key the runtime uses), and it returns the raw SCALE-encoded value stored there, or nothing when the key is empty.
Only keys under an allow-listed set of pallets (SubtensorModule, Balances, Swap and a few others) can be read; any other key fails with “Invalid key”.
It has no ABI and no functions to list. To read its input and output, decode the key and value with the runtime metadata at that block.
